Women’s Squash to Face Dickinson for Senior Day

Colonials travel to Drexel on Sunday
SERVING FIRST: After facing a trio of opponents over the weekend, the GW women's squash team is set to return home to host No. 20 Dickinson for Senior Day on Saturday at 1 p.m. The Colonials will then hit the road on Sunday to face Drexel on Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
SENIOR SALUTE: Prior to the contest, GW will honor its pair of graduating seniors, Emma Tryon and Engy Elmandouh.
Tyron has played an integral role in the Colonials' success during her tenure in the Buff and Blue. In her first season, the Hartford, Conn., native notched eight victories before adding another eight to her total as a sophomore. Last season, Tryon won six matches and ranks tied for fourth on the team this season with four, all at the third spot on the ladder.
Elmandouh currently ranks sixth in program history with her 41 career wins. Hailing from Cairo, Egypt, Elmandouh ended her debut season with eight wins, before concluding her sophomore year with fourteen victories. As a co-captain last season, Elmandouh notched 12 wins all at the No. 2 spot and currently ranks second on the squad with seven victories.
