Women’s Squash Falls to Princeton

Zoe Foo secures a victory at No. 1
WASHINGTON – The George Washington women's squash team fell to No. 3 Princeton, 8-1, on Sunday afternoon at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts in the Lerner Health and Wellness Center.
Zoe Foo Yuk Han, who finished last season with the highest individual ranking in program history at No. 12, gave the Buff and Blue their lone victory in the match at the top spot on the ladder, 11-7, 12-10, 11-4. Fellow co-captain Engy Elmandouh also put up a fight at number two, securing the first game before ultimately falling, 3-1.
The Colonials will continue their season opening homestand on Tuesday when they host Washington-Jefferson Cup rival Virginia at 6:30 p.m.
