Our game is about adjustments so we are making an adjustment to our yearly golf event. We are going virtual! Join us in a round of golf with family, friends, and alumni to support GW Baseball. This year, individuals and teams up to four can submit one 18-hole round at any desired par 72 golf course between Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 18th. Participants will submit scores by Monday, October 19 at 11:59PM and the top three winners will be determined.

FORMAT

Registration
- $50 per person or $35 for Young Alumni (Class of 2011-2020) and current student-athletes. This does not include greens fees charged at individual courses.
- Maximum of four players per team (Individuals are encouraged to play and we will assign you to a foursome)
- Mulligan Purchase: $5 per mulligan
  - Purchase grants you the opportunity to use for any shot throughout the course of play (maximum of 4 per player = $20)
Golf Courses
- Participants can play at any public/private course as long as the course has a 18 hole par-72 scoring set up
- Participants must write during registration the course name and location they will be playing
Outing Length
- Participants can play anytime during a period of 10 days
Scoring:
- Scores will be calculated where all players will play their own ball, but team members will match up par numbers and select the lowest score for each of the 18 holes.
- Submission:
  - Email score to buffblue@gwu.edu by 11:59PM of last day of tournament (take a photo for submission)
Determining Winners:
- Top 3 winning team with lowest scores
- Individual lowest score
Other Contests
- Closest to the Pin
  - Golfers can post a photo of their "closest to the pin" shot on any par-3
  - Email photo to buffblue@gwu.edu for submission to participate in the contest
- Longest Drive: Whoever is farthest from Foggy Bottom
  - To participate, golfers must take a photo wearing GW gear in front of the golf course sign
  - Email photo to buffblue@gwu.edu for submission to participate in the contest

TOURNAMENT RULES

Participants may play individually or as a team. (We will be grouping individuals/pairs to a foursome)
Teams of up to four members
Each individual will play their own ball and keep their score
Golf must be played at an 18-hole, par 72 course
All scores must be submitted to buffblue@gwu.edu by Monday, October 19 at 11:59 pm (A photo of the scorecard is needed for submission)
Honest, fair scores should be reported. No mulligans or other forms of relief are to be taken unless purchased previously at time of registration.
