Lacrosse’s Greth, Milkowski Capture Weekly Atlantic 10 Honors

Following a strong team performance in Saturday's 12-9 victory over George Mason, two GW lacrosse student-athletes have been recognized with weekly honors from the Atlantic 10 Conference. Sophomore Gabi Greth earned the A-10's Defensive Player of the Week, while first-year Mia Milkowski was tabbed as the league's Rookie of the Week.
Greth, the goalkeeper, anchored the Revolutionaries' defensive effort in the 12–9 win, playing all 60 minutes in net. She recorded 10 saves on 19 shots faced, delivering a standout performance to secure the victory. The recognition marks the first A-10 weekly accolade of her career.
On the offensive end, first-year standout Milkowski continued her impressive rookie campaign, registering a hat trick in Saturday's contest while also causing a turnover. This latest honor is her third weekly award of the season from the Atlantic 10, highlighting her immediate impact for the Revolutionaries.
