WASHINGTON - GW men's basketball has inked incoming first-year Promis N'Landu to a National Letter of Intent, it was announced on Thursday.
A native of Quebec, N'Landu currently plays for Fort Erie International Academy in Ontario, one of the top prep schools in Canada. Just this past week, the 6'3" point guard scored 31 points during the Grind Session Canada against Southeastern Prep Academy, one of the top programs in the U.S.
N'Landu has made a name for himself in the prep circuit for his poise and decision-making at the point. He holds a 3-star rating from On3, who rates him as the #34 prospect in Canada this cycle. He chose GW over high-major offers from Arizona State and Seton Hall as well as A-10 foes George Mason and St. Bonaventure.
N'Landu continues the impressive international lineage at George Washington with the current 2025-26 roster possessing four players from three countries outside of the US, including two Canadians in Bubu Benjamin and Luke Hunger.
