Women’s Soccer Welcomes La Salle, Honors Seniors on Saturday

WASHINGTON – Coming on the heels of its first Atlantic 10 victory of the season, the George Washington women's soccer team welcomes La Salle to The Vern on Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. for GW's Senior Day matchup, with a pregame ceremony slated to begin at 12:40 p.m. to honor the seven graduating members of the team.
Amelia Booth, Elizabeth Cruz, Isabel Kelly, Jessica Robbert, Aoi Kataoka, Grace Crowe and Alana Beasley will all be recognized pregame as members of GW's 2025 senior class. Escorts who will be part of the senior day festivities should plan to gather near the gate entrance next to GW's bench around 12:15 p.m. From there, a GW staff member will greet the escorts and advise on the next steps of the process. The senior day ceremony will not be part of the live ESPN+ broadcast, so all fans are encouraged to attend in person to celebrate GW's outstanding senior class.

La Salle enters the week 5-5-2 overall and 2-2-1 in the Atlantic 10. The Explorers most recently played Loyola Chicago to a 3-3 draw last Sunday, having also defeated George Mason and Rhode Island in conference play to this point in the season. La Salle's offense is paced by Kayden Williams, who has registered three goals and two assists on the year. Justyce Hollenbach has three goals and one assist this season as well. Mackenna Yaracs is the lone keeper to see action for the Explorers in 2025, registering 48 saves and a save percentage of .706.
