BRONX, N.Y. – The George Washington women's soccer team fell, 2-0, to Fordham on Thursday evening in Atlantic 10 action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- 28th Minute: Fordham tallied its first goal of the match off the head of Abby Borchers. Borchers received a cross from Julia Holton and headed it past GW's keeper, Ainsley Lumpe, for the goal. Holton and Liina Tervo both received assists on the play.
- 61st Minute: Julia Acosta doubled the Rams' lead with her seventh goal of the season. Assisting on the play was Ava Giudice.
NOTEWORTHY
- Lumpe played all 90 minutes for the Revolutionaries, tallying nine saves in the match. Fordham's Kyla King notched two saves in the clean-sheet victory.
- The Rams notched 18 shots, including six on target, while the Revolutionaries finished with six shots and two shots on goal.
- Amelia Booth and Selah Koleth were responsible for GW's two shots on target. Booth and teammate Isabel Kelly led the club with two shots apiece in total.
- Fordham finished with a 5-1 lead in corner kicks and a 5-3 edge in fouls. No cards were issued in the match.
