Danyko-Kulchycky leads offense for second consecutive game
WASHINGTON – Despite a 14-shot second half effort, GW women's soccer fell to American on Sunday afternoon, 2-0.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
13th Minute: American's Juliana Saling found herself in front of the net off an assist from Jordan Mahony to give the visitors the early 1-0 lead.
82nd Minute: American tacked on another midway through the second half, this time Tate Jordan dribbled one past Tamaki Machi. Fisayo Iluyomade was credited with the assist, giving AU the 2-0 advantage.
NOTEWORTHY:
• GW's offense came alive in the second half, taking 14 shots, nine of which were put on goal.

• Tamaki Machi made three saves in net. Machi has totaled 36 saves in six matches.
