Tori Minda scores second-consecutive goal

FAIRFAX, Va. – The GW women's soccer team earned a Revolutionary Rivalry victory at George Mason on Sunday, shutting out the Patriots 1-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• 81^st Minute – With one defender on her, Tori Minda sent the ball just out of the reach of George Mason's keeper. (GW 1, GM 0)

NOTEWORTHY
-       Minda scored for the second-consecutive game, netting her fifth goal of the season. She also took a team-high eight shots, putting three shots on goal.
-       Natalie Silberman was credited with the assist on Minda's goal. Silberman took three shots.
-       The Buff and Blue outshot the Patriots 22-9 and recorded seven shots on goal to George Mason's six.
-        In net, Tamaki Machi made six saves to record back-to-back clean sheets. Machi made three key saves in the final minutes of regulation to help GW earn the victory.
