Colonials back in action on Thursday vs. Vassar
WASHINGTON – In its return to action, the George Washington women's squash team fell to No. 2 Trinity, 9-0, on Tuesday evening at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts in the Lerner Health & Wellness Center.
Co-Captain Engy Elmandouh took one game at No. 2 but ultimately fell to Trinity's Luz Sarahi Lopez, 11-6, 9-11, 11-3, 11-6.
NEXT UP: The Colonials will host three more matches at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts in the Lerner Health and Wellness Center this week. GW will go head-to-head with No. 30 Vassar on Thursday at 2 p.m. before closing out its week with back-to-back matches against No. 14 Middlebury on Saturday (1 p.m.) and No. 26 St. Lawrence on Sunday (11 a.m.).
