Senior won her second event in as many weeks and broke a school record

Dannheim has continued her tremendous senior season in the first two weeks of indoor competition, culminating in a record-setting day on Friday night at the Patriot Games. Dannheim won the 5000m for her second event win of the campaign, joining a victory in the 3000m at the Terrapin Invitational the week prior.
Not only that, she shattered the school record in the event, besting the previous mark by 23 seconds and finishing in a time of 16:35.48. So far this year, she has set new PRs in the mile and 5000m races.
