Colonials to host Georgetown in the Lerner Health & Wellness Center
SERVING FIRST: The George Washington women's squash team is set to kickoff its 2019-20 season on Friday when it hosts local foe Georgetown at the Matthew J. Grossman Squash Courts in the Lerner Health & Wellness Center on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
CHALLENGE AHEAD: After finishing the 2018-19 season ranked 15th in the nation, GW has been picked to hold onto its ranking in the CSA preseason poll. The Colonials are returning all three student-athletes at the top of their ladder, including Zoe Foo Yuk Han, who earned the highest end-of-season ranking in program history of #12 in the CSA. In her senior season, Engy Elmandouh will slot into the No. 2 spot on the ladder after boasting an 8-9 record last season, while fellow senior Emma Tryon will claim No. 3.
NEW FACES: The Buff and Blue welcome a trio of newcomers for the 2019-20 season, including a transfer sophomore in Nikki Pang and a pair of first-years in Aariya Patel and Sasha Hinckley.
