Program recorded best finish at A-10 Championship in history

The women's cross country team set a new standard for the program with a second-place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship this weekend in Leesburg, Va. The women had never finished higher than fifth at the competition and also topped the men's third-place finish from 2017.
Suzanne Dannheim, Margaret Coogan and Mariah Moro headlined the team with top-15 finishes, earning All-Conference honors in the process. It marked the first time in program history GW accrued three All-Conference awards in the same season.
