
Men's Water Polo Prepares for Next Step on NCAA Journey

Colonials face national heavyweight UCLA on Thursday
Coming off its first-ever NCAA victory last weekend, the Colonials are set to play the Bruins for a spot in the national semifinals at Stanford's Avery Aquatic Center. The winner of Thursday's contest advances to play USC on Saturday for a spot in the national championship game.
More good news arrived Wednesday afternoon when the CWPA released its latest national rankings. The Colonials moved up five slots to 11th in the poll, best in program history.

GW made the short drive to Zachary Pendolino's house where a taco truck waited to dish out lunch.
Then, the Colonials headed back to the hotel for a film session before going to Stanford for practice in the pool in which they'll face UCLA tomorrow. They made final preparations for the Bruins with a light rain falling.
