PHILADELPHIA - Freshmen Andres de Frutos and Nicolas Valderrama each posted victories on Sunday as the No. 19 George Washington men's squash team concluded its fall schedule with a 7-2 loss at No. 14 Penn. The Colonials fell to No. 12 Columbia on Friday in New York City.
Valderrama and de Frutos both improved their individual records to 3-0 on Sunday at Penn. Valderrama won 11-5, 11-7, 11-9 over Liam Quinn at No. 2 while de Frutos swept Tyler Odell at No. 1, 11-6, 11-7, 11-2.
On Friday, the Colonials fell at No. 12 Columbia, 9-0.
