Playing behind a staunch defensive line, Almodovar totaled six saves and posted a pair of shutouts to lead George Washington to its first 2-0-0 start to Atlantic 10 play since 2000. While not forced to make a save in Friday's 4-0 rout of Saint Joseph's, Almodovar stood tall with six stops in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Temple to up his season clean-sheet total to three, improve his record to 4-2-0 and lower his goals-against average to 1.17 - good for fifth in the A-10.
