2020-21: Did not compete in sophomore season while training in native Greece in hopes of earning an Olympic invite.
2019-20: Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team...Made a spectacular debut at the A-10 Championships, claiming four medals to help the Colonials finish runner-up in the team standings...Won the 200 breast in an NCAA B-cut time of 1:56.28, setting a program and conference record in the process...Also won the 100 breast in 53.79 seconds (with a personal-best prelims time of 53.36 seconds)...Earned silver medals swimming the breaststroke legs in the 200 medley relay (1:27.95) and 400 medley relay (3:15.18)...Also placed 11th in the 200 IM in a personal-best time of 1:49.54...Competed vs. international field at U.S. Open Championships in December...Named A-10 Rookie of the Week twice (11/26, 12/10) and A-10 Performer of the Week after season-opening trip to TYR Fall Classic (10/8).
High School: Member of the Greece National Team who set national age group records in the 50- and 100-meter breaststroke (both short and long course)....Competed internationally in European Junior Championships and Balkan Games...Won three golds (50 breast, 100 breast, 400 medley relay) and a bronze (400 mixed medley relay) at 2018 ISF World Gymnasiade in Morocco...Totaled five medals in two trips to Multination Junior Championship, including gold in the 50 breast and silver in the 100 breast in the 2019 event in Switzerland.
