WASHINGTON- GW volleyball was selected to finish fifth in the Atlantic 10 preseason poll, the conference office announced on Wednesday afternoon.

GW earned 54 points in the poll, while conference powerhouse Dayton earned 100 points and all ten first place votes to take the top spot. VCU checked in at No. 2 (86) and defending champion Loyola Chicago was projected to finish third (83).

GW returns 10 letterwinners from 2024 and has added three transfers and three first-years, as the Revolutionaries aim to make its third trip to the Atlantic 10 Championship in Head Coach Katie Reifert's fourth year at the helm. GW went 19-13 overall in the 2024 campaign, earning its most wins since 2015.

The Buff & Blue will kick off the 2025 campaign on Friday, Aug. 29 at Howard, with first serve scheduled for 6 p.m. in Burr Gymnasium.
