Women’s Soccer Welcomes 12 Newcomers Ahead of 2024 Season

WASHINGTON – First-year head coach Jeremy Williams and the George Washington women's soccer team announced the addition of 12 newcomers to the program ahead of the 2024 season. The incoming class consists of 11 first-years and one transfer student.
"We're excited to integrate our newcomers into the team and get them on campus this fall," Williams said. "We expect that they will bring a professional mindset both on and off the field and help continue to build our identity as a program. This is an exciting time for the GW Women's Soccer program, and we are looking forward to getting to work with them on the field."

First-Year / Defender
Named the 2024 Scholar Athlete of the Year by The Press Democrat… Three-time Conference Co-Player of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024… Three-time Female Scholar-Athlete of the year at Sonoma Academy from 2022-2024… Captain of the Sonoma Academy varsity girls soccer team in 2022, 2023 and 2024… Recorded 59 goals and 43 assists during her varsity career… Led Sonoma Academy to three Conference Championships and three sectional appearances… Made one NorCal State appearance with Sonoma Academy… Member of the NorCal Premier Player Development Program State Team from 2018-2023… Participated in U.S. Training Center in 2018.
