Taiwo was the catalyst for George Washington this past week, helping her team to its first two A-10 victories while averaging 12.5 points and seven rebounds.
She started her week with a dominant performance against Duquesne on Wednesday. Taiwo poured in a season-high 15 points on 5-of-6 shots, while also pulling down seven rebounds in GW's 50-48 victory in Pittsburgh.
Following her strong performance against the Dukes, Taiwo dropped double-digits again on Saturday against St. Bonaventure, scoring 10 points, and putting together an all-around impressive statline that also included seven rebounds, three steals, and two assists.
