NACDA and ROI Announce Diversity and Inclusion Partnership

John Square to help lead profound initiative at GW
The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and Return On Inclusion (ROI) have announced a partnership to advance diversity and inclusion in collegiate athletics. GW's Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations, John Square, is the co-chair of ROI and helps foster a GW community that brings people together from all spectrums of diversity.Â
"Partnering with NACDA will be life-changing for our industry," said Square. "This partnership will allow us to reach more institutions, thus multiplying the impact on Return On Inclusion.Â
Our hands-on educational platform will allow more institutions to become the best versions of themselves by creating a culture of belonging. True confidence comes from a sense of belonging," said Square.Â
The ROI online education platform will be available department-wide for NACDA and its affiliated members nationwide. ROI's learning modules will help support healthy team cultures, implement inclusive programs and assist coaches and administrators in developing skills necessary to support student-athletes.
