Lacrosse program recognized for efforts with Colonial Harvest

The GW lacrosse team has earned Colonial of the Week honors after completing their 10th annual Colonial Harvest last week. The team raised more than $6,000 in cash donations and collected more than 1,000 items to make Thanksgiving baskets for local families in need.Â

The lacrosse team delivered all of the food collected to Saint Rita's Church, which helped give families what they needed to have a Thanksgiving holiday.Â
