After being named A-10 Rookie of the Week following her collegiate debut, Omdahl Petersen continued her strong start in a pair of meets last week. Racing at Navy vs. four quality squads, the Norway native nabbed a win in the 200 breast in a season-best time of 2:20.95 and a third-place finish in the 100 breast in another season-best showing (1:05.08) to help the Colonials finish 2-2 as a team.
On Saturday, Omdahl Petersen posted victories in the 100 breast (1:05.81) and 200 breast (2:22.65) and a third-place finish in the 200 IM (2:08.80) in a 155-145 win over ACC foe Boston College at Smith Center Pool. She was also part of a win in the 200 medley relay (1:45.97) vs. the Eagles.
