Lowe finished tied for eighth at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championship at Grand Cypress Golf Club in Orlando, helping the Colonials to a fourth-place finish as a team. The sophomore opened the tournament with a 5-under par 67 and followed with rounds of 74 and 71 to finish with a three day total of 4-under par 212. He was named to the All-Atlantic 10 team for the second year in a row and finishes the season with five top-10s and one victory.
