
Women's Soccer Adds Kilgallen to Incoming Class

WASHINGTON - George Washington women's soccer head coach Sarah Barnes has added Kenzie Kilgallen to the incoming freshman class.
The Colonials will welcome a total of 11 rookies for the 2017 season as Kilgallen joins a strong group of 10 previously signed newcomers.

Kilgallen posted a stand-out career at Lakeside High School, earning a spot on the Dekalb County All-Star Team as a junior while being named a Top-10 Goalkeeper for the county that same season. In 2016, Kilgallen posted a stellar 0.45 goals-against average while leading the squad to a 10-2-0 record. Kilgallen is member of the Olympic Development Program '99 Team.
"Kenzie understands how to work with her team and loves to be a goalkeeper," said Barnes. "She has a strong work rate, high-level determination and exhibits bravery in goal that will help her continue to develop throughout her career as a Colonial."
