Junior Garrett Heine led the Colonials to a split at the Kuykenstrong D.C. College Cup with five points on two goals and an assist. He also took a team-leading seven shots in two games and was tabbed to the All-Tournament Team. In Friday's season opener against American, Heine gave GW a 1-0 lead midway through the first half with a penalty kick. On Sunday against Howard, the San Diego native had the assist on the equalizer late in the game, then scored the game-winner just 18 seconds later.
