GW scored 195.85 to top New Hampshire (195.70), NC State (195.225), Towson (195.225), North Carolina (194.825) and Pittsburgh (193.475) for its first conference championship since joining EAGL in 2005.
Three GW gymnasts won or earned a share of an individual title on Sunday.
Freshman Jillian Winstanley won the all-around title with a score of 9.875 and freshman Cami Drouin-Allaire won the vault championship with a score of 9.95. The duo are the only two gymnasts in program history to earn an outright event title at an EAGL Championship.
Additionally, freshman Sara Mermelstein earned a share of the floor exercise title with a score of 9.85.
GW will return to NCAA Regionals as a team for the 11th time in program history - first since 2002 - on April 4 when it competes at the Auburn Regional in Auburn, Alabama.
