GW Men's Track to Run at Maryland Invitational

WASHINGTON - The George Washington men's indoor track team will have five student-athletes in action at this Saturday's Maryland Invitational in Landover, Maryland.
The freshman trio of Carter Day, Luke Dublirer and Chris Shaffer will compete in the one-mile run at approximately 11:40 a.m.
Freshman Charles Arnold and sophomore Seamus Roddy will follow in the 3,000-meter run at approximately 3:45 p.m.
Four of the five competed in GW's first indoor meet of the season on December 6 at the Navy Invitational.
Roddy finished in eighth place in the 5,000-meter run (15:21.13) while Arnold followed in 12th place in 15:59.32.
Day (1:57.65) and Shaffer (2:02.27) both participated in the 800-meter run.
Dublirer will be making his indoor track debut after appearing in one cross country meet in the fall. He finished in 45th place at the 8,000-meter Seahawk Invitational on September 6.
