- Junior Eric Cantrell became the second Colonials baseball player to be named Colonial of the Week in the 2010 season after leading the team to a sweep of Duquesne over the weekend at Barcroft Park. Senior Tom Zebroski was the first Colonial of the Week earlier this season. Cantrell has already been named A-10 Pitcher of the Week this season as well.

The Oakton, VA native threw seven innings, allowing just one earned run and struck out seven Duke batters.

Cantrell improves to 3-1 on the season with a 3.25 ERA. The right-hander has thrown 38 1/3 innings on the year and struck out 42 batters.
