At the three-day 2010 Patriot Invitational, senior Paola Leor broke two GW swimming program records. Leor broke the 50-yard freestyle record in a time of 23.47 in the morning session on the first day that she previously set at the 2010 Atlantic 10 Championship last February.
In the last session of the meet, Leor broke the GW record for the 100 free in a first-place finish of 50.55, .42 faster than her mark at the 2010 A-10s. She also swam the anchor leg of the fifth-place 400 free relay (3:32.34) and the lead leg of the 800 free relay (7:42.19) for the Colonials.
