Andy Stadler, a 2009 Hermann Trophy national player of the year candidate, notched his first career hat trick to lead GW to a 7-1 blowout victory over the University of the District of Columbia Tuesday. His career-high six points moved him into a tie for ninth place on GW's career points list with 65 (26g/13a). He also scored the game-winning goal against the Firebirds, his 11th game-winning tally in 51 career matches.
