Ugur Atalay won all three of his singles matches to help GW to a third-place finish at the 2009 Atlantic 10 Men's Tennis Championship in Monroeville, PA, this past weekend.

Atalay's three victories extended his singles' winning streak to nine consecutive matches during which he has beaten all but two opponents in straight sets.

During the regular season, Atalay helped the Colonials defeat every A-10 opponent to earn the No. 1 seed at the A-10 Championship for the second year in a row.
