Lawrence's career-night propelled the Colonials to an upset of 10th-ranked Texas A&M at Smith Center last week and earned her A-10 Co-Player of the Week honors. Lawrence scored a career-high 29 points and added seven rebounds and three steals to lead GW to a 66-65 overtime victory against the Aggies. She was 11-of-22 from the field, including a three-pointer with four seconds left in regulation to send the game to overtime.
Lawrence added 14 points and career-high eight assists in the Colonials rout of Loyola Marymount, 85-46, on Tuesday. For the week, Lawrence averaged 21.5 points on 17-of-31 shooting (54.8 percent), 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.5 steals.
