Polhemus made her season debut and clocked a Personal Record in the 6K with a 22:59.89, at the Mason Invitational this past Saturday. The senior led the Colonials, finishing 8th out of 108 runners, en route to a third place team finish at this year's Invite. Polhemus' previous PR was a 23:35, which she set as a sophomore back in October 2005 at the Paul Short Invitational. GW Cross Country will be back in action on Friday,October 5, when they travel to Holmdel, NJ to compete in the Monmouth Invitational.
