Kierra Colker's header in the 98th minute won it for George Washington

Colker, one of the anchors of the Colonial defense, scored the game winning goal in extra time against Vermont on Sunday. The game went to a sudden-death overtime after the teams played to a 1-1 draw. In the 98th minute, Colker jumped in the air and headed home a corner kick into the bottom right corner of the net for the game-winner. It was her first goal of the season and her second career game-winning tally. In 2004, her score proved the difference against South Dakota State.
