Neeper, a transfer from Southern California, led the Colonials women's cross country team in her first race as a Colonial. Out of 105 runners, she paced GW with a fourth-place finish, clocking in at 18:57.65 at the Towson Invitational in Hunt Valley, MD.
The most experienced runner on the roster, she was named to ESPN The Magazine's Academic All-America Third Team for track and field/cross country at USC in June 2006. The first-year graduate student is pursuing a master's degree in international affairs at GW.
