Prior to arriving at GW, Natalie worked at the University of Central Florida as an Assistant Academic Advisor, primarily working with the baseball and volleyball teams. Natalie earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida, where she served as a student assistant in student-athlete development and primarily worked with student-athletes on career and professional development.

Originally from Rockland, Mass., Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, N.H., where she was a three-sport student-athlete, competing on the women's soccer and women's indoor & outdoor track & field teams. Her experience as a former student-athlete inspired her to work with student-athletes to help them be successful both academically and athletically.
