Jordan Butler (he/him) is GW's director of student-athlete mental health. Jordan is a former Division I athlete, collegiate coach and has worked with college athletes clinically for the last seven years at McDaniel College. During his time at McDaniel, Jordan also provided psychoeducational programming for coaches and other staff. Jordan has worked in mental health since 2010, serving a variety of clients in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, outpatient mental health clinics and off-site child and adolescent therapy.

Jordan graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a degree in psychology and received his master's in counseling psychology from McDaniel College.
