Priscilla C. Santana, otherwise known as “Cilla” or Coach P is in her first year at George Washington University in 2023. In her position, she develops and implements strength and conditioning programs for Women’s Basketball and Men's/Women's Cross Country.
Prior to coming to Foggy Bottom, Priscilla worked at Rutgers University as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant with the Scarlet Knights Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams and was the Head Strength Coach of the nationally ranked dance team as well as cheer.
Priscilla attended and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with her Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Physiology. While studying at Texas A&M, Priscilla was a graduate intern primarily working with the Aggies’ Women’s Basketball team and the cross-country team as well as other sports. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition from Rutgers University in 2020. She began her Strength and Conditioning Career by interning her senior year with the Rutgers Strength and Conditioning Department.
Coach P is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Level 1 Weightlifting Coach from USA Weightlifting, and is CPR/AED Certified.
