Aisha Russell is in her first year at GW as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and is currently responsible for women’s basketball. Russell comes to GW after six years at Coppin State as the Head Athletic Trainer and Athletics Health Care Administrator.
Russell also served students at her alma maters North Carolina Central and Alabama A&M.
Russell is First Aid/CPR/AED certified and is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.
