Additional Requirements
Athlete Agents: Athlete agents are required to provide appropriate notice and disclosure to the University in accordance with D.C. law and University policy. Such disclosures must be addressed to the University’s Athletic Director and submitted via email to GWathcomp@gwu.edu.
Student-athletes who are determined to have violated GW policy or NCAA regulations may jeopardize their eligibility, so always remember to ASK before you ACT!
Please review the GW NIL Policy for further guidance on permissible activity, use of university resources, and disclosure requirements. Please contact the Athletics Compliance Office if you have any questions.
