A-10 Releases 2023-24 Men's Basketball Conference Pairings

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - GW men's basketball's 2023-24 conference slate was announced on Wednesday by the Atlantic 10, featuring 18 league matchups.
The Buff & Blue will once again play a home-and-home series against local rival George Mason in addition to home and road matchups against La Salle, Massachusetts and Richmond. GW split a pair of games against Mason, La Salle and Richmond a year ago while winning its lone matchup with UMass at the Smith Center.
As part of the nine-game home slate, GW will also welcome Davidson, Fordham, Loyola Chicago, Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure to the Smith Center in 2023-24. Coach Caputo's team posted a 4-1 mark against those five squads in his inaugural season with all four victories coming on the road.
The conference slate is rounded out with road trips to Dayton, Duquesne, Saint Joseph's, Saint Louis and VCU. All dates and game times will be released at a later date.
