Abigail Fusco won every time she entered the pool on Saturday as GW was edged, 150-148, by six-time defending conference champion Richmond at the Charles E. Smith Center Pool.
The junior began the meet with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay as the opening leg. Fusco went on to win the 100 backstroke in 57.48 before triumphing in the 50 freestyle (25.09). The team captain closed her dominant day by touching the wall first in the 100 butterfly (57.93).
