GW swimming's senior captain Marshall Seedorff qualified for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials on Sunday when he swam a time of 23.46 seconds in the 50-meter freestyle at Princeton University's Olympic Time Trials. Seedorff will attend the team trials in Omaha, Neb., from June 25-July 2 with hopes of making the U.S. Men's Swimming Team and competing in the 2012 Olympic Games. Seedorff finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle at the Atlantic 10 Championships in February with a time of 20.66 seconds.
