Women's Swimming Receives Academic Honors

WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 30) - The George Washington University's women's swimming and diving team has received Academic All-America honors from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America, head coach Dan Rhinehart has announced.

The women's team received a "Superior" ranking based on their combined grade point average of 3.38. This grade point average also placed the team sixth out of all Division I teams.

The women's team finished the season with a 10-5-1 overall record and finished second at the Atlantic 10 Championships in February in Buffalo, NY.
