A gifted forward, Matt Osborne still ranks second on the GW men's soccer team's all-time scoring list after piling up 45 goals and 20 assists from 1999 to 2002. The England native set the single-season record for points as a senior with 19 goals and 11 assists, which earned him a spot on the Atlantic 10 first team for a second time. He led the Colonials to the NCAA Tournament that season and was later named the A-10 Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year. He moved on to play professionally with the Northern Virginia Royals of the United Soccer League.
