Beightol batted .308 with a pair of RBIs and two runs scored to lead the Colonials to a critical 2-1 series victory over VCU to keep GW's playoff hopes alive entering the final weekend.

His two RBIs in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader, his team-leading eighth multiple-RBI game, helped seal GW's seventh straight win and third consecutive A-10 series victory.
